Melissa and Jay Stokes {Maternity Session}

I got to work with Melissa and Jay back in July to shoot their maternity pictures! I had a great time getting to know Melissa and Jay... when Melissa and I met for her ordering session, we ended up hanging out and chatting for HOURS! I always say that when I get to work with new clients I always feel like I am meeting and making new friends and that is exactly what I am talking about! We had a great time shooting, talking about pregnancy, labor and motherhood. Melissa and Jay welcomed their little bundle of joy into their lives a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier for them. I know they are so absorbed with caring for and loving on him. There is simply nothing like welcoming that first baby. <3 Melissa didn't have the most fun pregnancy... but I know it was worth it the moment she got to hold her little one in her arms. Melissa is also a Realtor with Howard Hanna, so if you're in the market, make sure you look her up! She has a great personality and is very good at what she does! I typically shoot maternity photos between 32 and 36 weeks, give or take and newborn photos are best booked while you are still pregnant as we shoot them within the first 10 days of life.
